happy holidays!

I hope everyone has a happy, joyful, peace-filled, safe holiday season. Sackie hopes the same for you too.
My year has been filled with ups and downs (and it looks like it will end that way too!). This will be my last post of the year that isn’t olive-related, so I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has stopped by my blog. I’ll see you next year! :)
And just so you know that he isn’t always a photogenic charmer, here’s a picture of Sackie while prepping for his photoshoot. He’s not liking his snowball outfit.

I am so impressed with the sackboy pattern. Is there any chance of you giving out the pattern? Is it the Simply Knitting magazine pattern? Well done.

I’ve so enjoyed your blog since I discovered it a few months ago. I hope your ups are high and your lows are not too low. The olives have been a source of inspiration for me. Thanks for providing that!

Hi Susan,
I’m glad you like my Sackie. The pattern isn’t the same as the one in Simply Knitting #49 (that one is by the famous Alan Dart). Mine was improvised/finished a couple of months ago.
Unfortunately I am unable to share my pattern. Media Molecule and Sony have said no to others who have made patterns and asked for permission to offer them for free.
However, aside from the Alan Dart pattern, there may be at least one more official pattern in the future. That’s the rumor I’ve heard.

He’s very expressive even when he’s not ready for the shoot.

I love the expressions that your Sack Boy can make. He looks like he jumped right out of the game and into your photo shoot! His growing wardrobe is adorable as well!
